Dialogue works for everyone

In a world where intolerance is growing and contradictions are more often magnified, dialogue provides a counterbalance that is desperately needed. In the information center, dialogue coaches let you experience how powerful a real conversation can be.

For whom?

Dialogue works for everyone. For schools, companies, foundations or associations. The sooner you learn to have a dialogue, the more you can contribute to a peaceful society. We teach you a form of conversation that does not divide, but rather connects and enriches. For secondary education, we have a program that is well suited to the subject of Citizenship and themes related to the history of the Second World War.

The program consists of:

  • An introductory session.
  • An in-depth program.

We will determine the theme of the dialogue together. Experienced dialogue coaches supervise each session.

The power of dialogue

Dialogue means that we sincerely want to understand each other. That we listen, ask questions, are curious about each other's ideas and experiences, even though we think very differently about a topic. We emphasize the similarities, not the differences. It may sound easy, but we're less used to it than we think. We discuss and debate quickly, often with the aim of winning individually or as a group. When that becomes the norm, polarization grows. In extreme cases, this can lead to violence or - even worse - to war.

Experience the dialogue

We cordially invite you to a dialogue session if you are:

  • Eager to learn how to have a real conversation, from person to person.
  • Want to further explore or form your own opinion.
  • Tired of discussions where winning is key.
  • Looking to build a team around a theme that you can't figure out together.
  • Looking to investigate or discuss a social theme

What I would like to tell other people is that dialogue is a peaceful way to have a conversation with people. You delve a lot more into a topic and you really get to know the other person a lot more. This is great if you want to show interest in the other person and get closer to them.

“I would like to tell others how valuable dialogue is: you don't just have a conversation, you discover each other. You delve deeper into topics, really get to know someone, and show that you're interested. It brings you closer to the other person.”

Our projects

Below are example projects of dialogue sessions with secondary school students and adults.
