“A glimpse into the kitchen” is the theme of the Hoolter Museum Day, in which our information center also participates. With a temporary exhibition, we give visitors a glimpse into the kitchen at the front. Because, how do you actually eat on a mission? And how did that go back more than 80 years? Soldiers were inventive and made the most of it.

Curious? Visit us during the Hoolter Museum Day on Wednesday, August 13, 2025. As usual, we will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is free (of course, we appreciate a free donation) and you can easily combine a visit with a walk through the woods and across the field of honor past the 1,394 graves.
